About the internship
We are looking for a detail-oriented, process-driven team member to act as the central coordination and follow-up backbone of our sales function. The role requires owning customer data and follow-ups across WhatsApp, trade shows, and face-to-face sales, ensuring that no enquiry, lead, or key customer interaction is missed due to lack of tracking or coordination.
1. Maintain and organise customer records across multiple branches
2. Coordinate participation in exhibitions and trade shows, including passes, scheduling, and lead capture
3. Create post-exhibition reports with structured data and follow-up plans
4. Manage timely WhatsApp communications for festivals, exhibitions, and important business updates
5. Track enquiries, follow-ups, and sales status, and nudge sales personnel when action is due
The role is operations-heavy and requires strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, clear communication, and comfort working behind the scenes to bring structure, discipline, and consistency to the sales process. It is not a sales pitching role, but a critical enablement role that supports revenue by improving execution.
