About the internship
You will work across sales, customer experience, and operations. Candidates in their final year and recent graduates are allowed to apply.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
A. Sales & client handling:
1. Handling inbound travel queries and converting leads into bookings
2. Understanding customer requirements and proposing suitable travel solutions
3. Building strong relationships with clients and ensuring repeat business
4. Working actively on lead follow-ups, negotiations, and closures
B. Travel planning & operations:
1. Creating detailed quotations and customized itineraries (FIT, group, corporate)
2. Coordinating with hotels, transport partners, vendors, and suppliers
3. Managing bookings, confirmations, vouchers, and travel documentation
4. Handling post-booking operations and resolving client issues efficiently
C. Business ownership & execution:
1. Taking full ownership of assigned trips and accounts
2. Ensuring smooth end-to-end execution from enquiry to trip completion
3. Working closely with internal teams to improve processes and customer experience
4. Learning how a travel start-up operates at scale
Work schedule:
1. Working hours: 10:00 AM till work gets done
2. Working days: 6 days a week
3. Leave policy: 10% of what you want & 100% of what you need
