About the work from home job/internship
Tech Analogy is seeking a dynamic and ambitious Sales Operations intern to join our fast-paced team. If you have a passion for technology and a keen eye for details, this is the perfect opportunity for you to gain hands-on experience in the world of sales operations. As an intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring smooth operations.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in the creation and maintenance of sales reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales trends
2. Collaborate with the sales team to optimize the sales process by identifying areas for improvement and proposing innovative solutions
3. Support the onboarding process for new sales team members by providing training and guidance on sales tools and processes
4. Conduct research and data analysis to identify potential sales prospects and assist in lead generation activities
5. Assist in the preparation and organization of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts
6. Help manage and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer data
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and finance, to ensure alignment and smooth communication across departments
