About the internship
A. Lead generation & outreach:
1. Identify and connect with potential salon, spa, and beauty professional partners.
2. Reach out to prospective partners through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and in-person visits.
3. Schedule product demonstrations with interested businesses.
B. Product demonstrations:
1. Conduct online and in-person demonstrations of the Rizzerv Partner Dashboard.
2. Explain how Rizzerv helps businesses improve visibility, manage bookings, and grow their customer base.
3. Address basic partner queries and coordinate follow-ups.
C. Sales support & partner onboarding:
1. Assist the sales team in converting interested businesses into registered partners.
2. Support new partners through registration, profile setup, and onboarding.
3. Maintain accurate lead records, demo schedules, and follow-up trackers.
D. Market intelligence:
1. Gather feedback from salon owners and beauty professionals.
2. Identify potential business opportunities and share market insights with the team.

Other requirements
1. Students or recent graduates in business, marketing, communications, or related fields.
2. Excellent verbal communication skills in English. Knowledge of Kannada or Hindi is an advantage.
3. Confident, articulate, and comfortable speaking with business owners.
4. Tech-savvy and comfortable demonstrating web-based software.
5. Self-motivated, organised, and proactive with follow-ups.
6. Willing to travel locally within Bengaluru for partner meetings.
7. Previous sales experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
