About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
2. Follow up on leads generated through various marketing channels.
3. Explain company products and services to potential customers.
4. Identify customer requirements and qualify sales opportunities.
5. Schedule appointments, demos, and meetings for the sales team.
6. Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
7. Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
8. Handle customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate team when required.
9. Achieve daily calling and lead generation targets.
10. Provide regular reports on calling activities and lead status.
