About the internship
Stipend: 10,000 - 15,000 per month

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
2. Understand client needs and provide appropriate financial product/service guidance.
3. Assist clients with queries, onboarding, and after-sales support.
4. Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless client servicing.
5. Maintain proper records of client communications and update CRM regularly.
6. Work towards enhancing client satisfaction and retention.

Other requirements
1. MBA/BBA and marketing background.
2. Basic knowledge of financial products/services preferred.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi & English).
4. Ability to handle client queries professionally and effectively.
5. Prior experience (6 months to 1 year) in client servicing/relationship management will be an advantage.
6. Positive attitude, problem-solving ability, and eagerness to learn.
7. Language: English (preferred).
