About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conduct outbound calls to potential customers or leads.
2. Explain the benefits and process of account opening.
3. Build rapport with prospective clients to understand their concerns or hesitations.
4. Guide customers through the necessary steps to complete KYC and activate accounts.
5. Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and account status.
6. Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for smooth client onboarding/reactivation.
