Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Set sales goals and develop sales strategies
2. Research prospects and generate leads
3. Contact potential and existing customers via phone, email, and in person
4. Handle customer questions, inquiries, and complaints
5. Prepare and send quotes and proposals
6. Manage the sales process using specific software programs
7. Build and maintain a CRM database
8. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
9. Participate in sales team meetings
