About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Managing and updating all functionalities of the Shopify backend, including products, pricing, inventory, orders, collections, and basic store settings.
2. Handling day-to-day operations of the Shopify store, including product uploads, updates, and website hygiene.
3. Processing and tracking D2C website orders and coordinating with logistics partners for timely fulfillment.
4. Monitoring order status, cancellations, returns, and basic customer issues, and escalating when required.
5. Coordinating with internal teams such as design, marketing, and operations to support campaigns and launches.
6. Preparing basic sales, inventory, and order reports using Excel/Google Sheets.
7. Assisting in improving website performance and overall customer experience.
