About the internship
This internship involves no sales, no targets, and no promotional selling of any kind. Your role is purely to create awareness, support students, and assist with on-ground coordination as part of a statewide education initiative designed to identify bright class 10 students from economically weaker backgrounds and connect them to free, high-quality learning opportunities. You will be contributing to something meaningful - helping ensure that talent in Karnataka is not limited by access.
1. Visit government schools, coaching centres, and NGOs to introduce the initiative and help students understand how they can benefit.
2. Conduct small group discussions to guide students step-by-step through the registration process.
3. Build awareness and trust by engaging with teachers, principals, social workers, and community partners.
4. Collect accurate student information and maintain structured, clean records of daily visits (simple data coordination).
5. Coordinate with the central operations team for verification, updates, and smooth handling of entries.
6. Support the initial screening process to help identify students who may qualify for the next level.

Other requirements
1. Comfortable with inter-district travel across Karnataka.
2. Should own a two-wheeler or have reliable local mobility.
3. Fluency in Kannada is mandatory.
4. Candidates from outside Bengaluru will be given preference.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Responsible, self-motivated, and comfortable with on-field work.
