About the internship
We're a design-led brand in the premium segment, looking for someone who can translate ideas into compelling digital content and help build a strong online presence. This is not a typical internship- you'll play a key role in shaping brand presence and driving real business outcomes.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Ideate high-quality content (reels, walkthroughs, storytelling formats)
2. Plan and execute shoots, including on-site visits
3. Coordinate with editors, designers & performance marketers
4. Manage posting, captions, and overall content calendar
5. Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, leads)
6. Continuously refine content based on insights & data

A. Who we’re looking for:
1. Strong understanding of Instagram & YouTube content
2. Interest in premium/luxury lifestyle content
3. Someone who takes ownership- not just follows instructions
4. Comfortable being on-site and actively involved in shoots
5. Thinks in terms of impact and results, not just aesthetics
B. Experience:
1. Experience in managing a social media account and scaling it from 0 to 10K
2. Experience in recording videos and camera-friendliness
