Social Media Marketing Internship in Delhi at MARS Cosmetics

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Be a proactive trend-spotter and doomscroller, identify emerging trends, viral formats, and cultural moments early, and translate them into relevant content ideas for the brand.

2. Have a strong understanding of social media platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Snapchat etc. and what works best for each platform.

3. Possess a strong eye for design, aesthetics, and visual storytelling. Ensure all content aligns with brand identity while staying fresh and engaging.

4. Content Creation
Be comfortable in front of the camera and behind it, shoot engaging reels/videos, understand flattering angles, lighting, and framing for high-quality output.

5. Has basic knowledge of design and video editing tools like Canva, VN editor, InShot (or similar). Ability to create quick, clean, and engaging edits for social media.

6. Execution Speed & Adaptability
Ability to execute content independently and efficiently, especially trend-based content where timing is key.

Key skills Required:
What We're Looking For:

1. Deep understanding of Beauty aesthetics, Gen-Z content and internet culture
2. Strong sense of what works on social vs what doesn't on all platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Snapchat, YouTube.
3. Strong content creation skills with the ability to ideate shoot content end-to-end, with a good understanding of framing, angles, and lighting.
4. Self-driven and able to work independently, with strong collaboration skills
5. Passion for beauty & makeup industry.
