About the internship
Media Tribe is looking for a creative and enthusiastic social media marketing intern to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role where you will learn the ins and outs of agency life, from content conceptualization to execution. If you live on Instagram, understand the power of a good hook, and want to learn from experienced strategists, we want to hear from you.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Content creation: Assist in designing posts, stories, and reels using tools like Canva or Photoshop.
2. Social media management: Help schedule content across Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook to ensure consistent posting.
3. Community engagement: Monitor comments and DMs, engaging with our audience to build community and trust.
4. Trend spotting: Research trending audio, formats, and industry news to keep our clients ahead of the curve.
5. Analytics: Assist in tracking post performance and preparing basic weekly reports.
6. Influencer outreach: Support the team in finding and coordinating with influencers for campaigns.

Other requirements
1. Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).
2. Basic graphic design skills (Canva is a must; Adobe Creative Suite is a plus).
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. A keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
5. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment.
