About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with overall business and brand goals. Optimize content and strategy based on performance data and best practices.
2. Create and manage monthly content calendars for each brand, ensuring alignment with short-term campaigns and long-term brand strategy.
3. Plan platform-wise content including posts, reels, stories, highlights, and campaign-led creatives.
4. Develop mood boards to define the visual direction, tone, and aesthetic for all creatives.
5. Coordinate closely with the graphic and creative teams to brief, review, and finalize creatives, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
6. Manage the content calendar end-to-end, ensuring all creatives and copies are delivered and scheduled on time.
7. Write engaging, brand-aligned content and captions for all social media posts.
8. Publish posts across platforms, update stories and highlights, and maintain a consistent and active brand presence.
9. Monitor trends, platform updates, and competitor activity, and adapt content to maximize reach and engagement.
10. Coordinate with clients on content planning, creation, and copywriting, and ensure timely approvals.
11. Manage influencer collaborations, negotiate deals, and coordinate posting schedules to maximize value and visibility.
12. Handle community management, including replying to DMs and comments, engaging with audiences, and initiating conversations to grow followers organically.
13. Consistently work towards increasing followers, engagement, and reach across all social media platforms.
14. Track and analyze performance metrics, generate reports, conduct data analysis, and share insights with clients.
15. Stay updated with social media tools, trends, and industry best practices.
