About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Manage the company's social media handles across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
2. Ensure social media pages remain complete, updated, and professionally presented with optimized bios, banners, highlights, and playlists.
3. Maintain a consistent posting schedule across multiple social media platforms.
4. Support initiatives to increase followers, engagement, and overall visibility of the company's social media pages.
5. Implement strategies to improve reach, impressions, and audience interaction across digital platforms.
6. Monitor and track social media performance metrics including likes, shares, comments, and impressions.
7. Edit short informational videos related to investing and financial markets for digital platforms.
8. Optimize video content for engagement and platform-specific formats such as reels and short videos.
9. Add captions, transitions, highlights, and thumbnails to enhance viewer retention and presentation quality.
10. Suggest improvements in content style, hooks, titles, and thumbnails for better audience engagement.
11. Repurpose existing content into different formats such as short videos, reels, and clips for multiple platforms.

2. Familiarity with video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Canva, or similar platforms.
3. Understanding of content formats used on Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.
4. Creative mindset for developing engaging short-form digital content.
5. Good communication and organizational abilities.
6. Interest in finance, investing, or stock market topics considered beneficial.
7. Prior exposure to managing social media pages considered advantageous.
8. Familiarity with content analytics and engagement metrics considered an added advantage.
