About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Develop and manage marketing communication assets and assist with executing campaigns across social media platforms (mandatory).
2. Create monthly social media content calendars based on trend research, competitor activity, and brand priorities (mandatory).
3. Draft captions, short-form copy, and scripts for video content across posts, stories, reels, and other digital formats (mandatory).
4. Shoot and edit short-form content, including reels and stories, and produce ready-to-publish social media posts and videos (mandatory).
5. Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and relevant digital conversations (mandatory).
6. Maintain and update a monthly events and awards calendar to support content planning and PR opportunities (mandatory).
7. Draft basic PR content such as press releases, interview responses, case studies, and event-related communication (preferred).
8. Track and compile media coverage reports (mandatory).
9. Coordinate with internal teams and design teams for content execution (mandatory).
10. Prepare presentations, reports, and additional communication material as required (mandatory).
11. Ensure a consistent brand voice and tone across social and communication touchpoints (mandatory).

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in marketing, mass media, communications, business, or a related field.
2. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
3. Creative approach to content, visuals, and digital storytelling.
4. Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
5. Familiarity with social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.
6. Basic knowledge of video shooting and editing tools.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
8. Familiarity with AI-based tools is a bonus.
9. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
