About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:
1. Assist in developing and executing social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
2. Create engaging posts, reels, and stories showcasing office spaces and real estate insights
3. Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to promote listings, offers, and campaigns
4. Monitor social media trends and suggest creative ideas to increase engagement
5. Track analytics and prepare weekly reports on social media performance
6. Assist in managing paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn)
7. Support content creation for newsletters, blogs, and marketing materials

Other requirements
1. Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related field
2. Basic understanding of social media marketing and digital trends
3. Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, or similar design tools (preferred)
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills
5. Creative mindset and attention to detail
6. Interest in real estate marketing will be an added advantage
