About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Plan and execute a content calendar that balances brand building with conversion-focused content.
2. Write engaging captions, hooks, and copy that feel authentic and human rather than overly corporate.
3. Manage Instagram as the primary channel, including Reels strategy, Stories, and audience engagement.
4. Identify emerging trends and leverage them effectively before they peak.
5. Analyze content performance and optimize strategies based on data and audience insights.
6. Build and nurture the community through responsive engagement across DMs, comments, shares, and other interactions.
