About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
A. Need assessment:
1. Collaborate with community stakeholders and project partners to identify and assess the specific needs of the target communities.
2. Conduct surveys, interviews, and research to gather relevant data for comprehensive need assessments.
3. Analyze collected information to formulate recommendations for CSR project focus areas.
B. Permissions and approvals:
1. Work closely with regulatory bodies, local authorities, and relevant stakeholders to obtain necessary permissions for project execution.
2. Prepare and submit documentation required for obtaining permits, licenses, and approvals.
3. Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
C. Project coordination:
1. Assist in coordinating project activities and events in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
2. Support in the development of project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
3. Monitor and report on project progress, highlighting any challenges or deviations from the plan.
D. Stakeholder engagement:
1. Establish and maintain effective communication channels with community members, NGOs, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
2. Foster positive relationships to enhance the impact and sustainability of CSR projects.
