About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Develop high-quality software engineering questions and coding challenges that test AI models on topics such as algorithm design, code debugging, system architecture, API design, optimization, testing strategies, and more.
2. Evaluate and validate model responses, offering detailed feedback to ensure technical accuracy and adherence to software engineering best practices.
3. Collaborate with a team of software engineering and technical experts to fine-tune question difficulty and ensure content is both challenging and educational.

Other requirements
A. Required Qualifications:
1. Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a computer science, software engineering, or related technical degree program.
2. Strong programming skills in one or more languages (Python, Java, C++, JavaScript, etc.) with a robust understanding of algorithms and data structures.
3. Exceptional analytical, written, and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
B. Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience with software development internships at tech companies or startups.
Coursework or projects in algorithms, systems design, databases, web development, or machine learning.
2. Contributions to open source projects or personal coding projects demonstrating technical depth.
3. Familiarity with version control (Git), testing frameworks, or modern development tools is a plus.
4. Familiarity with AI or machine learning applications is a plus.
