About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on software features across frontend, backend, and/or basic DevOps, based on interest and aptitude.
2. Translate problem statements into clear, structured solutions before implementation
3. Write and improve code with guidance, using AI-assisted development tools responsibly.
4. Understand data flow, system behavior, and basic application architecture.
5. Work with relational databases and perform basic SQL operations when required.
6. Debug issues, test solutions, and improve reliability and performance.
7. Communicate progress clearly and ask questions early when needed.

Other requirements

1. Strong logical thinking and problem-solving ability.

2. Familiarity with at least one programming language (e.g., Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, or similar).

3. Understanding of programming fundamentals (control flow, data structures, modular thinking).

4. Basic awareness of RDBMS concepts and SQL.

5. Comfort using AI tools for coding, with an understanding of their limitations.

6. Curiosity to learn new technologies and adapt to changing stacks.

7. Clear communication skills and an ownership-driven, can-do attitude.

8. Computer science/IT background preferred, but not mandatory.
