About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:
1. Assist on executing end-to-end logistics for standup tours like travel, stay, venues, tech, permissions.
2. Update, and manage tour calendars, aligning with artists and business teams.
3. Coordinate ticketing, contracts, sponsorship deliverables, and settlements with venues/agencies.
4. Troubleshoot real-time crises (travel delays, tech glitches, venue hiccups) calmly and effectively.
5. Track show P&Ls, costs, and post-tour reports for management review.
6. Assist the team in liaising with marketing teams for local promotions and social amplification during tours.
