About the internship
1. Market Research: Collecting and analyzing parent, coach, and city-level data to identify high-potential sports and suitable launch locations.
2. Competitive Mapping: Studying existing sports academies, fee structures, and training models to benchmark and support positioning.
3. Parent Engagement: Conducting surveys and 1:1 validation calls with parents, recording insights on demand and readiness.
4. Outreach to Coaches & Schools: Building a pipeline of coaches and schools, pitching pilot partnerships, and scheduling conversations.
5. Content & Tools Support: Assisting in drafting questionnaires, FAQs, onboarding flows, and outreach decks to support BD activities.

Other requirements
1. Prior exposure to sports management, ed-tech, or startup environments.
2. Enthusiasm for sports, youth development, and grassroots engagement.
3. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
4. Strong relationship-building skills with a natural flair for networking.
5. Experience with Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides) or CRM software.
6. Comfort in cold outreach and initiating conversations with new stakeholders.
7. Self-driven, proactive, and eager to take ownership of projects.
