About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Manage seamless student onboarding post-enrollment by setting up account credentials and granting immediate platform access.
2. Drive course completion rates through proactive, structured check-ins that encourage active participation and generate student referrals.
3. Act as the primary relationship lead, providing swift issue resolution and maintaining consistently high learner satisfaction.
4. Partner with cross-functional technical teams to address platform friction, safeguarding course engagement and retention targets.
5. Synthesize student feedback to refine sales messaging and elevate upcoming product launches.
