About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Provide product information and support to students during their learning journey via phone calls and emails.
2. Understand student queries, identify trends, and provide appropriate solutions.
3. Maintain accurate records of student interactions, payments, and resolutions.
4. Develop a strong understanding of the product features and benefits.
5. Identify potential issues in student accounts and assist in resolving them promptly.
6. Coordinate with other teams to ensure student requests are handled effectively.
7. Help students make informed decisions by providing details about pricing, terms, and product features.
8. Support inbound lead management by engaging with prospective students, sharing product details, and passing relevant leads to the sales team.
