Supply Chain & Logistics Operations Internship in Noida at Accuvision Enterprises

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Verify and confirm delivery addresses: Communicate with customers to validate and correct delivery addresses for accurate order processing.
2. Handle non-deliverable orders: Identify reasons for delivery failures, coordinate with logistics partners, and resolve issues to ensure successful redelivery.
3. Collaborate with fulfillment aggregators: Work closely with third-party fulfillment partners to ensure timely order dispatch and delivery, while maintaining high service quality.
4. Inventory management: Monitor stock levels, coordinate restocking with suppliers, and update the e-commerce platform with accurate inventory details.
5. Order tracking and updates: Monitor the status of shipments, proactively communicate delays to customers, and update tracking information on the platform.
6. Customer query resolution: Address and resolve customer inquiries related to orders, shipping, and returns in a professional and timely manner.
7. Shipping label management: Generate and print shipping labels, ensuring all details are accurate and meet courier requirements.
8. Collaborate across teams: Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
