About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities
2. Source and screen candidate profiles from job portals and referrals
3. Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
4. Maintain and update candidate data in HRMS / ATS
5. Support onboarding documentation and joining formalities
6. Assist the HR team with day-to-day recruitment operations
