About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Own the end-to-end recruitment process: post job openings across multiple platforms, actively source candidates, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews
2. Learn advanced sourcing techniques and build a strong pipeline of talented candidates across various roles
3. Conduct initial phone screenings and assess candidate fit for role requirements and company culture
4. Build relationships with candidates and provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
5. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
6. Track recruitment metrics and analyze hiring funnel performance to continuously improve processes
7. Stay current on recruitment trends, sourcing strategies, and HR best practices to bring fresh ideas to the team
