Job Title: Talent Acquisition Intern
Duration: 3 Months (with potential full-time conversion)

Role Overview:
Creencia is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Intern to support end-to-end recruitment activities. This role provides hands-on exposure to candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and client interactions. High performers may be offered a full-time position.

Key Responsibilities:
Source and engage candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, and professional networks
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and clients
Maintain accurate candidate records in recruitment tracking systems
Assist in talent mapping, market research, and building talent pipelines
Support recruiters in client communication and candidate follow-ups
Help improve recruitment processes and candidate experience

Requirements:
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, or related field
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, and HR processes
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
