About the internship
We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Recruitment Interns who are passionate about talent acquisition and human resources. This internship offers hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and provides a strong foundation for a career in HR.
High-performing interns will be offered a full-time Recruiter position upon successful completion of the internship.
Selected interns' day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Source and identify potential candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks.
2. Post job openings on various recruitment platforms.
3. Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
4. Conduct initial telephonic screenings and coordinate interview schedules.
5. Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
6. Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
7. Assist with employer branding and talent acquisition initiatives.
8. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs.
