About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
2. Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
3. Conduct initial candidate interactions and assess basic role fit.
4. Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
5. Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and follow-ups.
6. Assist in employer branding and recruitment initiatives.
7. Support the HR team in day-to-day talent acquisition activities.

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 22nd Sep'26 and 27th Oct'26
3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. have relevant skills and interests
Other requirements
Candidates who are proactive, confident, good communicators, and interested in building a career in Talent Acquisition/HR. Freshers with a willingness to learn and take initiative are encouraged to apply.
1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Interest in HR and recruitment.
3. Basic knowledge of recruitment processes is preferred.
4. Comfortable using MS Office and online sourcing platforms.
5. Proactive, organized, and willing to learn.
6. Freshers and candidates pursuing/recently completing HR or Business-related degrees are welcome.
