About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Candidate outreach: Contact potential candidates through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and job portals.
2. Candidate screening: Conduct initial screening and check candidates' interest and availability.
3. Assignment coordination: Send assignments to shortlisted candidates and follow up on submissions.
4. Interview scheduling: Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers to schedule interviews.
5. Candidate follow-ups: Keep candidates updated on interview schedules, feedback, and next steps.
6. Recruitment tracking: Maintain daily records of candidate outreach, assignment status, and interview updates in Google Sheets.
