Key Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals and social media
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates
Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
Support in job postings and employer branding activities
Follow up with candidates for interview feedback
Requirements:
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR or related field
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
