About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Research into the marketplace for hiring the best resource
2. Track and identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels
3. Create an effective process to skim the best talent
4. Assess candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit, and compatibility
5. Conduct screening interviews and follow-up references
6. Present shortlisted candidates and provide detailed profile summaries
7. Conduct reference check on shortlisted candidates
8. Assist with the candidate's transition and onboarding process
