About the internship
Are you passionate about finding the best talent and helping them succeed in their careers? Are you a skilled communicator with strong computer skills, particularly in MS Excel? Join Biz Staffing Comrade Private Limited as a Talent Acquisition Intern and gain hands-on experience in the dynamic world of recruitment.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Source candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases.
2. Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments through telephonic or virtual interviews.
3. Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
4. Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
5. Build and nurture strong relationships with candidates for future opportunities.
6. Support the end-to-end recruitment process under the guidance of senior recruiters.
