Talent Acquisition Internship in Delhi at MARS Cosmetics

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
2. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media platforms
3. Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
4. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth candidate experience
5. Maintain and update Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment trackers
6. Support employer branding initiatives (social media, campus hiring, events)
7. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs
8. Participate in HR projects and recruitment campaigns specific to the beauty industry
