About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
2. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and define job roles
3. Maintain and update candidate pipelines, databases, and recruitment trackers
4. Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and induction processes
5. Maintain employee records, attendance, and support payroll coordination
6. Address employee queries and ensure a smooth employee experience
7. Support employee engagement, performance management, and training initiatives
8. Ensure compliance with company policies and assist in exit formalities and HR reporting (MIS)
