1. Assist in posting job openings on various platforms and social media channels
2. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews with potential candidates
3. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
4. Assist in organizing and attending job fairs and recruitment events
5. Maintain and update candidate database in MS-Excel
6. Assist in drafting job descriptions and offer letters
7. Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed
