About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles
2. Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
3. Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
4. Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers
5. Maintain candidate data and recruitment trackers
6. Follow up with candidates on interview feedback and offers
7. Support the onboarding and documentation process
8. Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle
