About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Support end-to-end hiring processes, including screening, scheduling, and candidate coordination.
2. Post job openings and manage incoming applications.
3. Assist with onboarding activities and employee documentation.
4. Maintain employee records and HR tracking sheets.
5. Coordinate interviews and manage follow-ups with candidates.
6. Support employee engagement initiatives and internal team activities.
7. Manage attendance, leaves, and routine HR operations.
8. Assist with internal communication and HR process execution.
9. Contribute ideas to improve hiring workflows and workplace culture.
10. Participate actively in daily HR operations from day one.

10. Any prior coordination, hiring, or administrative exposure (good to have).
Perks
2. Working days: Monday to Friday.
3. Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM.
4. Location: Onsite, Mansarovar, Jaipur.
5. Office Address: Space 7, Sector 7, 4th Floor (Office 401), Shipra Path, Mansarovar, Jaipur – 302020 (near Suvira Hospital, same building as ICICI Bank).
