Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist with sourcing and screening candidates for various positions within the company
2. Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit
3. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
4. Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics using MS-Excel
5. Assist with creating job descriptions and posting openings on various platforms
6. Support in organizing recruitment events and job fairs
7. Collaborate with the HR team on various talent acquisition projects and initiatives
