About the internship
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of corporate TA. As an intern, you will support various initiatives aimed at recruitment and acquisition.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Co-ordinate, follow up and schedule candidates for the interview process
2. Document collection, audit and assisting in offer release process
3. Drive data collection, analysis, and management decision inducing reporting in a frequent and timely manner
4. Operational tracking and reporting where required
5. Maintain and update records in the database as required.
6. Support various initiatives with respect to smooth execution, monitoring, analysing and tracking the outcomes
7. Develop a good understanding of key TA functions and business impact
8. Gain knowledge about processes and tools used for driving TA initiatives
