About the internship
Experience: Final Year or 0 to 1 year of experience
Work from Office Locations :
Noida: Sector 135 (5 days in office)
Bangalore: HSR Layout (3 days in office).
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups.
2. Manage job postings across portals and social media platforms.
3. Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
4. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements and support selection.
5. Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
6. Assist in planning and coordinating employee engagement activities.
