HR Intern - Recruitment & Sourcing
As an HR Intern - Recruitment & Sourcing at QuantGlobal, you will gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of talent acquisition and employer branding. You'll collaborate closely with our HR team to source and engage top talent while strengthening QuantGlobal's digital presence across professional and social platforms. This role blends recruitment strategy with digital marketing, offering exposure to both people operations and brand development within a dynamic ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job portals, and professional communities.
2. Coordinate interviews, assessments, and communication between candidates and internal teams.
3. Conduct research on industry best practices in recruitment, talent acquisition, and employer branding.
4. Support the HR team in planning and executing recruitment campaigns, job fairs, and outreach events.
5. Create and manage digital content (LinkedIn posts, career highlights, team stories) to enhance QuantGlobal's employer brand.
6. Analyse recruitment metrics and digital engagement data to refine sourcing and branding strategies.
7. Assist in developing marketing collaterals such as banners, mailers, and posts for hiring initiatives.
8. Participate in organisational development projects to strengthen candidate experience and internal culture.
9. Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail and time management skills.

Other requirements
1. Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field (pursuing final year or recently graduated).
2. Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal English.
3. Tech-savviness: Comfortable with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and familiar with LinkedIn search tools.
4. Proactivity: Demonstrated ability to take initiative without constant supervision.
5. Attention to Detail: Ability to screen profiles against role requirements without errors.
6. Availability: Must be available to work from the office for the full internship duration.
7. Preferred (Good-to-Have) Skills
8. Basic understanding of recruitment lifecycle and sourcing strategies.
9. Experience in using LinkedIn Recruiter Lite, Naukri, or similar tools (academic or project work counts).
10. Knowledge of Boolean search techniques.
