We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship provides valuable hands-on exposure to recruitment and hiring processes in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is keen to learn, detail-focused, and has excellent communication skills.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. We require this information as a part of our verification process to ensure that the program is well-structured and can be handled smoothly by the company.
2. Assist in identifying potential candidates using various sourcing methods (job portals, social media, networking, etc.)
3. Review resumes and applications to screen candidates and share shortlisted profiles with hiring managers
4. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and interviewers
5. Support the creation of job descriptions and publishing job postings
6. Help manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other HR-related databases
7. Contribute to employer branding activities
8. Assist in planning and executing career fairs and recruitment events
9. Provide support on various HR projects and initiatives as required
Requirements:
1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline
2. Strong interest in building a career in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources
3. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
4. Familiarity with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
5. Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
6. Highly organized with attention to detail

8. Must have access to a personal laptop for daily work purposes.
9. Should be available to work on-site between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
