About the internship
This internship is a career-launchpad for individuals who want to build a strong foundation in Talent Acquisition. You will gain end-to-end exposure to sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordination, and hiring strategy while working closely with senior HR leaders.
We are looking for highly motivated MBA freshers and fresh graduates who wish to kickstart their career in the Talent Acquisition domain with structured learning, strong mentorship, and a clear path toward career advancement.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:
A. Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development:
1. Source talent through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
2. Build a strong, high-quality candidate pipeline across multiple functions, with a special focus on sales hiring.
B. Screening & Shortlisting:
1. Review resumes and conduct initial telephonic screenings.
2. Evaluate candidates based on job criteria.
3. Follow up consistently to reduce drop-offs and improve joining rates.
C. Coordination & Candidate Experience:
1. Schedule interviews with hiring managers.
2. Maintain professional, timely candidate communications.
D. Onboarding & Documentation:
1. Coordinate offer rollouts and joining formalities with HR Ops.
E. Internal Reporting:
1. Maintain accurate daily and weekly hiring trackers.
2. Share recruitment insights and performance reports.

Stipend Structure:
Fixed pay: ₹ 10,000 - 15,000 /month
Incentive pay: ₹ 2,000 - 3,000 /month
Job offer:
On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of ₹ 300000 to 400000/year

4. Internship Tenure: 6-month internship with PPO guaranteed based on performance.

7. After 6 months, a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) will be extended based on consistent performance, ownership, and onboarding numbers.
