About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and employee referrals.
2. Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
3. Coordinate interviews and manage candidate engagement throughout the hiring process.
4. Support offer rollouts and onboarding activities to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
5. Maintain hiring trackers and prepare recruitment reports for ongoing visibility and analysis.
