About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Internshala, etc.)
2. Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate conversations
3. Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and interviewers
4. Maintain candidate data in trackers and recruitment tools
5. Help with employer branding activities (LinkedIn posts, content ideas, etc.)
6. Assist in drafting JDs and job posts for open roles
