About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Ensuring that staffing needs are met with a long-term strategy in mind, including crafting job descriptions, KPIs, and metrics for each role.
2. Devising and implementing sourcing strategies to build pipelines for potential applicants.
3. Creating and implementing end-to-end hiring processes.
4. Working closely with hiring managers to ensure clear expectations and the best functional and behavioural fits based on the competency framework.
5. Handling negotiation and offers, including all pre-joining candidate checks.
