DESCRIPTION
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Support bulk hiring and lateral hirings
2. Source candidates through: Job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Internshala, etc.), referrals, walk-ins, local & creative on-ground channels
3. Connect with colleges, placement cells, and local networks to build a continuous hiring pipeline
4. Screen candidates for communication, attitude, and role fit
5. Coordinate interviews and manage scheduling
6. Assist with offer rollouts, document collection, and onboarding formalities
7. Communicate compensation details clearly and professionally
8. Do follow-ups with selected candidates to ensure a smooth joining
9. Maintain daily hiring trackers, dashboards, and progress reports
